Vipassana Meditation

Vipassana meditation, also known as insight meditation, is a mindfulness technique that involves observing the world without judgment and with a focus on self-awareness. This technique originates from Theravada, Buddhism’s oldest school of thought. May reduce stress and anxiety, promote brain plasticity, and lead to more peace, understanding, and compassion.
